Feeling more energized and in tune with your body can be as simple as removing a pesky allergen from your daily routine.

Dust mites allergy

Dust mites feed on human skin and are one of the most common triggers for year-round allergy.

Pets allergy

Animal protein from skin cells, waste, hair and saliva could trigger an allergic reaction, known as pet allergy.

Egg allergy

Egg allergy occurs when the body’s immune system recognizes egg protein as foreign and mounts an immune reaction.

Lactose Intolerance

Lactose intolerance is a condition in which there is decreased the ability to digest lactose, a sugar present in milk. Abdominal cramps, bloating, nausea, fatigue or diarrhoea.

Milk allergy

The milk allergy is different from lactose intolerance, and occurs when the body’s immune system recognizes milk proteins as foreign and mounts an immune response.

Peanut allergy

The symptoms of peanut allergy are triggered with even the slightest of exposure. People of certain genetic types are at a higher risk of being allergic to peanuts than others.

Pollen allergy

Here is an allergy that can turn an innocent walk in the garden in spring into a nightmare of sneeze fits. The immune system of the host recognizes pollen grain as foreign and mounts a strong reaction which is exhibited as pollen allergy.

Histamine intolerance

Histamine is produced by the body during a local immune response and is a neurotransmitter. People of a certain genetic type have a higher tendency to be intolerant to this molecule.

Misophonia

Misophonia is a sensitivity to the sound of chewing and the trigger sounds are chewing food, munching, gum chewing, sipping and footsteps. Severe cases involve feelings of rage, an intense feeling of flight, with some people becoming emotionally explosive.

When moving from darkness to light, the part of the brain that processes light is over-activated in some people, resulting in sneezing, called photic sneeze. People with certain genetic variants have a higher tendency to photic sneeze.

Contact dermatitis

Contact dermatitis is a type of eczema which is triggered by contact with a particular allergen or substance. A high proportion of individuals affected by this condition are industrial workers in health, skin-care, beauty, food industry and metal-related occupations.
