How do I order an app?
To find the app you want, go to DNA App Store, by clicking the link on the top banner “DNA APP STORE”.
Once you’re in the App Store, choose the category of apps that you want, by clicking directly on the category icon.
From here, browse through the apps and choose the one you want to order.
Once you’re on the app page, click on the “ORDER NOW” button.
You will then be redirected to a page where you’ll have to choose between two options: upload a DNA file if you already have one or sequence your DNA by purchasing a DNA collection kit.
If you’ve ever taken a DNA test before – whether it was from 23andMe, Ancestry, FamilyTreeDNA, or any other genetic test provider, click on the button on the left-hand side of the screen “UPLOAD MY DNA”. Here’s a step by step guide on how to upload your DNA file on the Lumminary DNA Vault.
If you haven’t taken a DNA test before, and you don’t have any genetic data file, click on the button on the right-hand side of the screen “SEQUENCE MY DNA”.
Your next step is to sign in to your account. If you don’t already have one, this is the time to register your email.
