Will parents that have brown eyes also have a child with brown eyes?

Sure, that is very much possible. The brown-eye gene is the dominant, so in this case the child will most likely have brown eyes. This is the case unless the mother carries the recessive gene of blue eyes (if one of her parents has blue eyes then she carries that blue-eyed gene). In these circumstances, the probabilities of your child having blue eyes are higher. For example, my mother has brown eyes, but hers and my father have blue eyes, so I have green/blue eyes.
