What does it mean PRE ORDER status?

When you see the PRE ORDER button on any of our products, that means that the product is available for purchase, but not for delivery. For any such products our standard delivery times do not apply, and we will always let you know when your report is ready.

Below are some of the reasons for which some products have a PRE ORDER status:

• We’re finalising the technical integration with our testing partner for that particular product
• We want to get feedback on customer interest for certain types of products
• We want to check that our customers’ genetic data is compatible with the data required by that particular product to generate a report
